Marine Collagen DNA Mask by Vegas 360
As we welcome the festive season of Christmas and New Years, I know I’ll be partying and probably staying up until quite late these days. Inevitably I’ll be haunted by my dark circles, dehydrated skin and enlarged pores so I need to prepare myself with enough hydration care.
After talking to a few beauty gurus I realised how important it is to pamper myself with a mask consistently, and I mean as much as everyday here. I definitely don’t do it enough since I get lazy and I would only do it around once a week which probably explains why my skin gets dry so easily. Especially with the change of season, putting on a mask frequently is indispensable if you want to hydrate, remove excess oil, or even just to improve the appearance of pores. I look about 10 times more alive after I mask up which makes a lot of sense since as much as our body needs water, our skin needs to drink aswell.
I’m lucky to have access to trying loads of different branded masks and I swear some masks seem to be moulded from the strangest face structures. Like the ones that never manages to cover your dark circles or end up sealing your mouth up. OR, the mask would be soaked in so little serum that my dry face would suck it all up within 5 minutes. I’ve been looking for something that solves all these problems because I’m sick of buying an expensive box of masks to find out it just doesn’t work well with my skin or face structure.
I tried this intensely hydrating DNA collagen mask that comes in a clean and sleek packaging and it really does ticks most of my boxes. It’s ingredients derived from a French formula which mainly focuses on promoting cell stimulation. With the special ingredient of sodium lactate in the mask, it could hold twice amount of water than Glycerin, no wonder why it feels so thirst crunching on my skin.
It fits on my face proportionally which evenly covers my features while it also sticks well with an abundance of serum. My favourite feature about the mask is just how much serum there is! Just one mask does the job of hydration from two masks since you could keep topping it up. I usually would let the mask soak in for about 20 minutes before I use half of the leftover serum in the package, then I would use the other half after I remove the mask for extra hydration. It really feels like I’m getting an amazing value in relative to the price I’m paying.
